This study aims to examine the performance of agricultural agent and determine effectiveness using social media in agent. research was conducted March-May2022. The location at Agricultural Extension Center, Linggang Bigung District, West Kutai Regency. sampling method used a census technique for 11 27 farmers purposive technique. Data analysis Likert Scale Rank Spearman test. results showed that good category with an average score 36.55 effective 36.89, while extension services had relationship which is not real, where ρ table = 0.618 count 0.300 means < Ho accepted Ha rejected. have carried out their duties functions well it hoped future use will continue be increased so more efficient.
